Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you" or "customer") and Replica Bridge ("we", "us"), the operator of the Replica Bridge software and website (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Risk Disclosure form part of your agreement with us.

2. What the Service is

Replica Bridge is software that hosts MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) terminals for you and relays trade instructions between them, so that trades on one terminal you connect ("sender") are replicated automatically onto another terminal you connect ("receiver"), according to rules you configure, including position sizing, symbol mapping, whitelist/blacklist filters, and risk controls.

The Service is a connectivity, hosting, and automation tool only. It does not place trades on its own initiative, does not select instruments, and does not decide when to enter or exit a position. It carries out the copy logic you configure against trades that occur on your own connected terminals and accounts.

3. Not a broker, not investment advice

Replica Bridge is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, portfolio manager, or financial advisor, and is not registered as such with any regulator. We do not hold, custody, or have access to your trading funds, and we do not have the ability to withdraw from your accounts. Your trading accounts remain with your own broker(s) at all times.

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Any trading strategy, configuration, or risk setting you choose is your decision alone. See our Risk Disclosure for details on risks specific to copy trading.

4. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including terminals connected using your credentials.
  • Email verification: you must verify your email address to activate an account and to start a free trial. Unverified accounts cannot start a trial or create a billing order.
  • You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including any rules that apply to trading or automated trading in your jurisdiction, and with your broker's and any proprietary firm's terms.

5. Capacity, slots, and pricing

This section summarises how you are charged. Prices are in US dollars; payment is taken in Bitcoin (see Section 6).

Unit of purchase — the slot. The unit of purchase is one slot per connected MT4/MT5 account. A slot is consumed by any account you connect, whether it acts as a sender or as a receiver. Connecting two accounts consumes two slots; a sender/receiver pair consumes two slots in total.

The pricing period. Capacity is sold per slot, per 30 days. There are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews or auto-charges. Purchased capacity simply runs until its paid window ends unless you buy more.

Minimum purchase. The minimum paid level for a new purchase is 2 slots. Current slot counts available for purchase are shown at checkout.

Current pricing is shown at checkout. Prices are calculated by our backend. The price you are quoted and invoiced at checkout is the authoritative price for that order. We may publish different pricing for future orders, but a pricing change does not re-price an order you have already paid for.

Adding, extending, and changing capacity. Growing your capacity, extending your window, and renewing are all just buying slots for a window of time, priced the same way: the per-slot rate is applied band by band, so more accounts pay less per account. Where a purchase overlaps coverage you already paid for, the overlap is priced explicitly and is not charged twice. Changing your slot count downward does not take effect in the middle of a paid period: a lower level is chosen for your next renewal, and if you currently run more accounts than the new level allows you must choose which accounts stay active. Accounts over the new limit are suspended, not deleted.

Free trial. A 7-day, 2-slot free trial is available once per user, requires a verified email address, and requires no payment. The trial is not a purchase and creates no paid value. Trial expiry follows the same grace and suspension rules as a paid subscription (Section 8).

6. Payment — Bitcoin, on-chain

Method. Payment is accepted in Bitcoin, on-chain only, through our self-hosted BTCPay Server. We do not accept cards, and we do not store payment-card or bank details. There is no Lightning option at launch.

Invoices expire after 30 minutes. Because the order is priced in US dollars but paid in Bitcoin, each checkout invoice locks a BTC amount for 30 minutes. After that the BTC amount may no longer represent the USD price. When the first quote expires we send you one email explaining that the BTC amount expired and asking you to return to your account page. While you keep the checkout page open, a fresh quote is created; when you return later, opening the order creates a fresh quote if none is valid. A new invoice is not created endlessly while you are away, and an expired-quote email never creates a replacement invoice.

Confirmation. Paid access is activated only after BTCPay reports one Bitcoin confirmation. We never activate paid access from an unconfirmed transaction.

Underpayment — 0.5% tolerance. We allow a small underpayment tolerance of 0.5%. A shortfall within tolerance may still settle the invoice and fulfil the order, and the shortage is recorded as an explicit adjustment. A shortfall beyond tolerance leaves the order unpaid or partial; you can complete the remaining payment through BTCPay's invoice handling, or refresh your quote if the order state allows it.

Overpayment, duplicate payment, and late payment. If you send more than invoiced, pay an invoice twice, or pay an invoice after it has expired, our policy is that the excess value is held for you as surplus, denominated in the same cryptocurrency you paid (Bitcoin) rather than converted to US dollars. Surplus is applied toward your future capacity purchases on Replica Bridge, and can be withdrawn on request — see Section 7.

Payment to an old quote. Every Bitcoin address we have issued stays monitored. If an old quote is fully paid within 2 hours after it expired, we may accept the old quoted amount and fulfil the order. A payment made more than 2 hours after expiry to an address we previously issued is recorded and handled under our late-payment rules (the value may be held as surplus at BTCPay's reported value, and you start a fresh order). A partial late payment is recorded and routed to manual review.

Cancelling an unpaid order. You may cancel an unpaid order. Cancelling prevents new quotes for that order but does not erase the BTCPay invoices already issued. If you pay an invoice associated with a cancelled order, contact support so we can review and reconcile the payment.

Your responsibility for the network. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for sending from an address you control, to the address shown by our checkout, and for paying the correct amount within the invoice window. We cannot recover funds sent to a Bitcoin address we never issued. Funds sent to an address we did previously issue, but outside its valid invoice window (expired, or for a cancelled order), are covered by the rules above rather than being recovered on-chain.

7. Surplus held in Bitcoin, and withdrawals

Our policy is that surplus created from an overpayment, a duplicate payment, a late payment, or a deposit toward a future renewal is held in the same cryptocurrency you paid — Bitcoin — and is not converted to US dollars.

Surplus never expires while your account is active. It is applied toward your future capacity purchases on Replica Bridge.

You can withdraw your surplus on request. To request a withdrawal, contact us at support@replicabridge.com with the Bitcoin address you want it paid to. Withdrawals are paid manually by the operator, with the Bitcoin network fee deducted from the amount sent. Surplus is not transferable to another person's account.

The surplus and withdrawal process is operated manually at launch: contact support and we will confirm the amount held and process the payout.

8. Expiry, grace, suspension, and renewal

Grace period. When your paid window ends, your subscription enters a 3-day grace period. During grace your terminals keep running and we show payment-required warnings. The grace period does not add free days to your next paid period.

Suspension. If the period ends and remains unpaid after grace, your subscription may be suspended. When suspended, affected slots and any accounts beyond your paid level are marked suspended, and your terminal containers are stopped, so copying stops. Your terminal records and copy configurations are preserved, and suspended slots do not count as usable active slots.

Warning — stopping a terminal leaves broker positions open and unmanaged. Stopping a terminal container only stops the Replica Bridge copy process. It does not close, manage, or protect any position already open on your broker account, and it does not place stop-loss or take-profit orders. Any open positions remain open at your broker, unmanaged by us, and remain exposed to market movement. You are responsible for monitoring and closing your own open positions before or after a suspension.

Container retention. A stopped container is kept for a retention window (currently 30 days) after suspension before any cleanup. Your terminal records and copy configurations are kept. Because the stored MetaTrader password may be removed when the container is cleaned up, renewal may require you to re-enter the MetaTrader password through the reconnect flow. See Section 10 for how we handle credentials.

Renewal. Renewal is manual — Bitcoin cannot be pulled from your wallet automatically. If you pay before the period ends, or during grace, your new period starts where the previous one ended and runs 30 days from there. If a suspended subscription is reactivated after grace, the new period starts when payment settles. Reactivation and the restart of a terminal are performed manually by the operator at launch, not automatically; contact support if a terminal does not come back on its own after payment.

Manual suspension by the operator. Automated lifecycle enforcement is not enabled at launch, so we may manually suspend terminals for non-payment through our operator tooling. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for a breach of these Terms (Section 11), if required by law, or to protect the Service.

9. Service availability

The Service is offered "as is" and "as available", with no uptime guarantee or service-level commitment at launch. We do not promise that copying will be instantaneous, uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service. Copying depends on your terminals, your broker, the MetaTrader platform, the Bitcoin network, and third-party infrastructure that is outside our control.

10. Data and credentials

  • Your MetaTrader password is stored only on the host that runs your terminal, not in our web application database, and is used only to launch and restore that terminal's container. It may be removed when the container is cleaned up after suspension (Section 8).
  • We do not hold, custody, or have access to your broker's funds, and we cannot withdraw from your accounts.
  • We collect and process account data, terminal data, trading and configuration data, billing records, and technical/connection metadata as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information and we do not run third-party advertising or tracking.
  • You are responsible for the credentials you provide and for rotating them if you believe they have been exposed.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any terminal, account, or system that is not yours.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
  • Use the Service for market manipulation or any unlawful trading practice.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.
  • Attempt to circumvent capacity limits, billing, trials, or account restrictions, including creating multiple accounts to obtain more than one free trial.
  • Use the Service in a way that breaches your broker's or proprietary firm's terms, or any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

12. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You retain ownership of the configuration data and trading data you input into the Service.

13. Suspension and termination

  • By you: you may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. If you hold surplus, you may request a withdrawal of it (Section 7).
  • By us: we may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, if your subscription remains unpaid after grace, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance).
  • Effect: on termination, your access to the Service ends and your terminal containers are stopped. Stopping a container stops copying only — it does not close or manage any position already open at your broker (see Section 8).

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including the disclaimers and liability limits (Sections 3 and 14), the surplus and refund rules (Section 7 and our Refund & Cancellation Policy), and the Risk Disclosure — continue to apply.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We are not liable for trading losses of any kind (including losses caused or amplified by copy trading), execution delays, missed or partial copies, slippage, requotes, margin calls, stop-outs, broker rejections or account restrictions, misconfiguration you entered, terminal or network failures, or downtime of the Service.
  • Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
