Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE JULY 7, 2026

Draft notice: Section 8 describes user rights in general terms rather than citing a specific privacy law, since no operating jurisdiction has been finalized yet (see the Terms of Service). This draft should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before publication. Specific regimes such as GDPR or CCPA may require additional disclosures once your user base or jurisdiction is known.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information Replica Bridge ("we", "us") collects when you use our software and website (the "Service"), why we collect it, and how it is handled. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: your email address, name, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
  • Terminal and broker information: the MetaTrader account number, broker server, and a terminal identifier for each terminal you connect, plus a hashed password used to authenticate a shared terminal connection. We never see or store your broker account password in plain text.
  • Trading and configuration data: the copy configurations, risk settings, symbol mappings, and filters you create, along with trade records, balances, and equity snapshots reported by your connected terminals, so the Service can copy trades and show you account status.
  • Billing information: Bitcoin payment records tied to your account (amounts, invoice status, timestamps) needed to grant and track purchased capacity. We do not collect card numbers or bank details, and payment is processed through our Bitcoin payment provider rather than stored by us directly.
  • Technical information: standard connection metadata (such as IP address and timestamps) generated when your browser or terminals communicate with our servers, primarily for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

3. How we use this information

We use the information above to:

  • Operate the Service: authenticate you, connect your terminals, relay and execute your configured copy rules, and display account and trade status.
  • Administer billing: grant capacity for confirmed payments, apply account credit, and maintain the records described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Communicate with you: respond to support requests and send account-related notices, such as email verification or a payment invoice expiring.
  • Maintain security: detect abuse, unauthorized access attempts, and troubleshoot issues affecting the Service.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to serve third-party advertising.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Service does not use cookies. Signed-in sessions are kept in your browser's local storage rather than a cookie, and we do not run third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on the Service. If this changes in the future, we will update this Policy first.

5. When we share information

We share information only where necessary to run the Service:

  • With our Bitcoin payment processor, to generate invoices and confirm payment.
  • With infrastructure providers that host our servers and database, under obligations to protect the data.
  • Where required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy would continue to apply to your information under the new owner.

We never share your broker credentials, and we never have access to your broker account password in plain text to begin with.

6. Data retention

We retain account, terminal, and trade data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations. If you close your account, you may request deletion of your personal data as described in Section 8, subject to records we are required to keep.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. You can view and update most of your account information directly in the Service, or contact us to make a request.

We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect.

11. Contact
