Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how purchases work on Replica Bridge and supplements Section 5 of our Terms of Service. Capacity is sold in advance, in Bitcoin, for a fixed window of time. There are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews or auto-charges.

Once a purchase is paid and fulfilled, it is final and non-refundable, including for unused time remaining on a purchase you decide to stop using early. Purchased capacity simply runs to the end of its paid window; it does not need to be "cancelled".

Because blockchain payments cannot be reversed, we cannot "un-send" a payment. Where a payment problem occurs, we correct it through surplus held for you in Bitcoin rather than a refund (see Sections 3 and 4).

Where a mandatory statutory right applies — for example, a consumer cooling-off or right-of-withdrawal period that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction — that right overrides this section.

• Underpayment: sending less than the invoiced amount does not grant capacity. A shortfall within our 0.5% tolerance may still settle and fulfil the order. A shortfall beyond tolerance leaves the order unpaid or partial and can be completed through BTCPay or a refreshed quote.
• Overpayment or duplicate payment: sending more than invoiced, or paying twice, is not lost. Our policy is that the excess is held for you as surplus, denominated in the same Bitcoin you paid, rather than converted to US dollars, and can be withdrawn on request (Section 4).
• Late payment: a payment made to an expired quote more than 2 hours after expiry is handled under our late-payment rules — the value may be held as surplus at BTCPay's reported value; a payment within 2 hours of expiry may still be accepted for the old quoted amount.
• Expired or unpaid invoice: an invoice is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires before payment is received, no capacity is granted and no charge occurs; you can return to checkout to generate a new invoice.
• Wrong address, or a payment outside a valid invoice: we cannot recover funds sent to a Bitcoin address we never issued. Funds sent to an address we did previously issue, but outside its valid invoice window (expired, or for a cancelled order), are handled under the rules above rather than recovered on-chain.

Our policy is that surplus created from an overpayment, a duplicate payment, a late payment, or a deposit toward a future renewal is held in the same cryptocurrency you paid — Bitcoin — and is not converted to US dollars.

Surplus never expires while your account is active. It is applied toward your future capacity purchases on Replica Bridge.

You can withdraw your surplus on request. Contact us at support@replicabridge.com with the Bitcoin address you want it paid to. Withdrawals are paid manually by the operator, with the Bitcoin network fee deducted from the amount sent. Surplus is not transferable to another person's account.

The surplus and withdrawal process is operated manually at launch: contact support and we will confirm the amount held and process the payout.

The free trial requires no payment, so there is nothing to refund if you stop using it. It simply ends at the end of its 7-day window.

• You may cancel an unpaid order at any time; cancelling prevents new quotes for that order.
• If you pay an invoice associated with a cancelled order, contact support so we can review and reconcile the payment.
• You may close your account at any time; capacity already paid for is not refunded (Section 2). If you hold surplus, you may request a withdrawal of it (Section 4).
• Closing your account or stopping a terminal stops copying only. It does not close, manage, or protect any position already open at your broker; those positions remain open and unmanaged (see Terms, Section 8).

We do not offer refunds as a matter of policy. In rare cases, such as a documented error on our part in fulfilling an order, we may, at our sole discretion, correct the issue by adjusting your surplus or capacity. This is not a guarantee and does not create an entitlement to a refund in any other case.
